You will manage full-cycle recruiting focused on accounting, finance, and HR professionals, consulting with clients and partners to deliver tailored talent solutions. What You’ll Do
- Identify, recruit, interview, and engage accounting, finance, and HR professionals in your local market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates throughout their job search and career journey.
- Consult with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored talent solutions.
- Build and grow a network of professionals and referral sources.
- Partner with internal business development and recruiting teams to drive successful placements.
- Act as a trusted advisor, creating strong matches between talent and opportunity.
- Manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
