Talent Acquisition Specialist

NETPACE Health is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a Chicago-based hybrid contract focused on end-to-end recruiting. This role supports hiring across sales and professional roles while partnering closely with internal stakeholders to strengthen talent acquisition strategies.

The position is structured as a W2, 12-month engagement with a blended schedule designed for in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.

• Pay rate: $30 to $50 per hour (W2)

What You’ll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting with a focus on placing qualified talent.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR teams, and business leaders to shape effective hiring strategies.
• Use sourcing and candidate assessment practices to support mid-to-senior hiring needs in professional services, B2B sales, or consulting.
• Support an excellent candidate experience through organized, stakeholder-friendly recruiting workflows.
• Apply AI-powered and technology-enabled recruiting tools as part of day-to-day execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of full-cycle talent acquisition and recruitment experience.
• Agency recruiting experience with a demonstrated track record placing sales professionals.
• Experience recruiting mid-to-senior-level professionals in professional services, B2B sales, or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and candidate evaluation, with hands-on experience using LinkedIn, CRM, ATS, and recruitment technologies.
• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and build alignment on hiring plans.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws, recruitment best practices, and inclusive hiring.
• High organization standards and a commitment to a strong candidate experience.
• Comfort working with AI-powered recruitment tools.
