Job Description

GEM Ambulance is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Client Relations Specialist to blend recruiting expertise with proactive client engagement in a fast-paced environment. This onsite role in Lakewood, New Jersey focuses on end-to-end hiring while strengthening partnerships with client organizations to deliver dependable staffing and high-quality service. The position emphasizes talent sourcing, candidate screening, and hands-on support for new and existing clients to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates
Publish and manage job postings across multiple recruiting platforms
Evaluate applications and conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews
Coordinate background checks, onboarding, and orientation for new hires
Represent the company at job fairs and community recruiting events to attract talent
Track recruiting activity and maintain candidate information within HR systems
Develop and sustain client relationships within assigned territories
Deliver presentations and onboarding sessions for new client locations
Address client inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
Monitor client activity and keep contact information up to date
Support marketing initiatives, events, and community outreach efforts

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience in recruiting, HR, customer service, marketing, or client relations preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and HR/CRM software
Professional, proactive, and customer-service oriented
