Talent Acquisition Specialist

Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for recruiting and onboarding nurses and other healthcare professionals for contracted long-term care facilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to establish rapport and clarify staffing requirements
• Recruit, screen, and interview candidates
• Verify licenses and complete background checks
• Submit qualified candidates to clients for final selection/approval
• Hire and onboard newly hired employees
• Build and maintain an applicant pool through career fairs, social media, outreach, and market research

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience
• Healthcare or allied staffing experience preferred
• Ability to use virtual recruiting tools and conference platforms
• Experience working with HRIS and other online collaborative software
• Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail
• Project management skills
• Familiarity with relevant employment law
