Prime Healthcare Management Inc is hiring an onsite Talent Acquisition Specialist in Olympia Fields, IL. In this role, you’ll help build clinical and non-clinical teams in fast-paced healthcare environments by owning full-cycle recruiting, maintaining accurate candidate records, and reporting on key hiring metrics. The position offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support flexibility based on individual needs.

Compensation: $62,920 to $87,859 annually (reasonable estimate).
Starting compensation is determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, based on factors including skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.

What you’ll be responsible for

Own full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles
Use iCIMS ATS and CRM systems to manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records
Source and engage active and passive candidates using advanced search techniques and sourcing tools
Screen applicants to confirm qualifications, licensure, certifications, and overall alignment
Coordinate interviews and partner with hiring managers to support hiring decisions
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source-of-hire, pipeline health, and requisition status
Represent the organization at career fairs and support campus outreach initiatives to maintain a strong new graduate pipeline
Support positive candidate experience and employer branding initiatives

Requirements

High school diploma/GED (required)
Experience developing and negotiating job offers
Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems
Experience using a variety of sourcing techniques to attract active and passive candidates
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (required)
Positive interpersonal and effective communication skills

Preferred qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business, or a related field
Two years of talent acquisition experience including sourcing, screening, and interviewing, with healthcare experience
