Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist

Prime Healthcare Management Inc offers a temporary, full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist opportunity in Newark, NJ (onsite). This Monday-Friday role supports full-cycle recruiting for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions while leveraging modern recruiting technology and structured recruiting metrics. The compensation range for this annualized position is $64,209.60 to $86,673.60, and the exact starting rate will be determined based on factors including skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles
• Use iCIMS ATS and CRM to maintain candidate pipelines and accurate records
• Source and engage active and passive candidates using advanced search techniques and sourcing tools
• Screen candidates to confirm qualifications, licensure, certifications, and role alignment
• Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to support hiring decisions
• Track key recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source-of-hire, pipeline health, and requisition status
• Represent the organization at career fairs and conduct campus outreach to build and maintain a new graduate pipeline
• Support a strong candidate experience and employer branding initiatives

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Experience developing and negotiating job offers
• Experience using electronic applicant tracking systems
• Experience using a variety of sourcing techniques to attract active and passive candidates
• Microsoft Office proficiency (required)
• Positive interpersonal skills and effective communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business, or a related field
• Two years of talent acquisition experience including sourcing, screening, and interviewing, with healthcare experience
