Job Description

Astrolab is hiring an experienced Sr. Technical Recruiter to run full-cycle recruiting and support hiring across multiple business functions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and carry out sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent across manufacturing, finance, operations, and other non-technical teams
  • Build and maintain a qualified candidate pipeline using proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and recruiting tools
  • Screen candidates via phone screens and initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define recruiting plans, and share market insights throughout the process
  • Own the end-to-end recruiting workflow, including intake meetings, job postings, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
  • Deliver a positive, timely, and professional candidate experience at every stage of hiring
  • Keep candidate data accurate and up to date in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and provide recruiting metrics and pipeline status
  • Advance Astrolab’s employer brand through candidate interactions, networking, recruiting events, and social media
  • Ensure recruiting practices follow applicable employment laws, OFCCP requirements, and company policies
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve recruiting process efficiency and candidate quality

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
  • Experience recruiting in a government contracting environment, including familiarity with OFCCP, EEO regulations, and audit-ready recruiting practices
  • Experience with ATS tools such as Pinpoint, Greenhouse, or Ashby
  • Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, high-growth or startup environment is preferred
  • Strong organization skills, including the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities
