Job Recruiter

Loyalty Staffing Inc. is hiring a Recruiter in Elyria, OH for an on-site, full-time role ($16.50–$17.00 per hour). This position supports hiring from strategy through onboarding, combining recruiting best practices with reporting and candidate relationship building. You will use modern recruiting systems and HR technology to help ensure a consistent, well-documented selection process.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, newspapers, and colleges
• Source and recruit candidates using databases and social media
• Screen resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools and methods to filter candidates within the schedule
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Onboard new employees to support full integration
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (in-house or staffing agency recruiter)
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews, including structured and competency-based approaches, and stress-focused interviews
• Hands-on experience with selection processes, including video interviewing, phone interviewing, and reference checks
• Ability to organize skills assessment centers using tools such as in-tray activities, work samples, and psychometric and IQ/EQ tests
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
• Hands-on experience with recruiting software and HRIS or HRMS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• Background and drug test are required
