Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Full Life Cycle Recruiter for Finance Recruiting to lead end-to-end hiring initiatives in Seattle. This onsite role partners with FGBS teams, including Stores Finance and Finance Operations, to translate business priorities into actionable recruiting plans, manage stakeholder relationships, and shape hiring strategies. The position emphasizes data-driven decision making, best-practice interview processes, and delivering a strong candidate experience while driving operational excellence across recruitment projects. Salary ranges from USD 82,700 to 126,100 per year.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute sourcing strategies for multiple FGBS client teams by understanding hiring managers' needs and translating them into actionable plans, while exploring varied methodologies to identify solutions.
- Use data to influence hiring and business decisions; educate hiring managers and interviewers on best practices such as unconscious bias, phone screen training, MGHD, and interview calibration to improve hiring effectiveness and metrics.
- Close candidates and manage the candidate experience by negotiating offers, guiding client teams on best practices, crafting clear job descriptions and value propositions, ensuring thorough candidate preparation, and setting realistic compensation and leveling expectations.
- Own one or more recruiting projects aimed at improving candidate engagement, process efficiency, or team operational excellence, including conference selection, referral strategy, hiring events, and tool adoption.
- Maintain operational excellence through consistent team documentation, data integrity, and reporting; provide analysis on pipeline metrics, compliance, and compensation trends while meeting deadlines and clearing blockers to accelerate progress.
- Drive process improvements by optimizing cross-team procedures and promoting adoption of new channels and tools to enhance hiring efficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting mid-senior level talent experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
