Recruiter - Staffing Division

CFS is an employee-owned staffing company hiring a Staffing Manager for the Staffing Division in Oak Brook, IL (hybrid). You will manage full-cycle recruiting focused on accounting, finance, and HR professionals, consulting with clients and partners to deliver tailored talent solutions. What You’ll Do

• Identify, recruit, interview, and engage accounting, finance, and HR professionals in your local market.
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates throughout their job search and career journey.
• Consult with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored talent solutions.
• Build and grow a network of professionals and referral sources.
• Partner with internal business development and recruiting teams to drive successful placements.
• Act as a trusted advisor, creating strong matches between talent and opportunity.
• Manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
