Full Cycle Recruiter

Full Cycle Recruiter role based in Irvine, CA with 100% onsite responsibilities across sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding for technical talent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define technical needs and draft job descriptions designed to attract qualified candidates
• Use ATS tools to support end-to-end recruiting workflow management
• Source talent through multiple channels including social media, networking events, and job boards
• Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate technical capability and organizational cultural fit
• Maintain ongoing candidate relationships by sharing timely updates and providing feedback as the process progresses
• Manage contract negotiations for new hires
• Oversee onboarding coordination, including onboarding schedules, new hire paperwork collection, system access requests, and collaboration with hiring managers
• Manage all pre-employment processes such as candidate communications, background checks, reference checks, employment verification, offer letter administration, and pre-hire documentation
• Administer and maintain recruiting workflows in Breezy HR (ATS), ensuring accurate candidate tracking, reporting, and compliance
• Stay current on recruiting industry trends and best practices to improve hiring strategies

Requirements

• 3 years of proven recruiting experience focused on technical positions, ideally in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to recruit beyond technical roles, including other functional areas
• Familiarity with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (highly desirable)
• Strong relationship management skills to work effectively with both candidates and hiring managers
• Experience using structured interviewing approaches to assess qualifications accurately
• Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws (plus)
• Preference for proficiency using social media platforms for recruiting
• Background in sales or human resources (advantage)
