Recruiter

BitGo is hiring a Contract Recruiter for a 6-month engagement, full-time onsite in Palo Alto or San Francisco, with a focus on sourcing and coordinating interviews for G&A hiring.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates across G&A and other business functions using LinkedIn, Greenhouse, and additional recruiting tools
• Develop targeted candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach
• Perform initial candidate screening and evaluate candidates against role requirements
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and refine sourcing strategies
• Maintain accurate candidate activity, notes, and pipeline information in Greenhouse
• Support recruiting across a range of functions as business needs evolve
• Own interview scheduling and coordination across multiple searches and stakeholders
• Ensure candidates have a timely, organized, and positive interview experience
• Coordinate with hiring managers and interviewers to keep recruiting processes moving efficiently
• Communicate with candidates throughout the process and provide timely updates
• Support offer and closing processes as needed

Requirements

• 2-10 years of recruiting experience, preferably in fast-paced technology, fintech, financial services, or high-growth environments
• Strong sourcing skills with a track record of identifying and engaging qualified candidates
• Proven ability to manage interview scheduling and coordination for multiple concurrent searches
• Experience recruiting for G&A functions such as Finance, Legal, People, Operations, Compliance, and other corporate teams
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Juicebox, or similar recruiting/ATS platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency
• Relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers
• Disciplined approach to recruiting process management
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience

Pay Transparency Notice

Depending on your leveling and location, the compensation for this role averages between $50 - $75 USD per hour.
