(Temporary) Recruiter, Corporate Groups

This temporary Corporate Recruiter role supports full lifecycle recruitment for Tiffany & Co.'s corporate groups, partnering with Human Resources Business Partners and corporate/global leaders. The on-site position is based in Whippany, NJ, from August through mid-December 2026, with compensation ranging from USD 33 to 42 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate proactively with the HR Business Partner and leadership to understand current and future talent needs for corporate groups.
• Apply strategic and creative recruiting methods to attract top talent.
• Manage full cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, posting positions, and screening candidates.
• Help build a leadership pipeline for upcoming roles.
• Advise on sourcing approaches, exploring new technologies and practices to reach high-caliber candidates.
• Enhance outreach through social media channels and LinkedIn.
• Work with HRBs on staffing strategies for volume hiring, hard-to-fill positions, background check standards, and agency resources.
• Conduct recruitment market research to develop go-to-market approaches when opening new positions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 to 5+ years of high-volume, professional recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of current business trends and best practices relevant to talent acquisition.
• Positive relationship management and influencing skills with a proven ability to establish partnerships.
• Strong client-service orientation with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Excellent technical skills, including in-depth knowledge of applicant tracking systems and Microsoft applications; familiarity with social networking best practices; ability to leverage technology to attract candidates and drive efficient operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in high-volume recruitment.
• Commutable to Whippany, NJ.
