Temporary Senior Recruiter

Support the experienced-hire recruiting team in this temporary, onsite role in Houston, TX.

Responsibilities

• Own full life-cycle recruiting for experienced hires
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and recruiting priorities
• Source and identify qualified active and passive candidates
• Screen, assess, and present recommendations to hiring managers
• Coordinate and participate in interviews and debrief sessions
• Maintain consistent candidate communication throughout the hiring process
• Update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure job postings remain accurate
• Lead the offer process, including preparing and extending offers
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates
• Collaborate with operations teams to support smooth candidate communication and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition within a professional services firm required
• Experience with full life-cycle recruiting in professional services or agency recruiting preferred
• Experience with recruiting tools/ATS such as Workday preferred
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, influence, and drive change in a matrix environment
• Proven relationship-building skills, with ability to attract and retain talent and support strong collaboration in a matrix environment
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship required

• USD 15 - 41 per hourly
