Temporary Recruiter (6-month assignment) in Hillsboro, OR.

This on-site role runs four days per week onsite in Hillsboro with one day from home, and includes hourly pay of $40-$42/hour (DOE).

What You’ll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting across all divisions, from Sales to Engineering.
- Meet with managers across divisions and take a consultative approach to align sourcing and candidate standards with each team’s needs.
What You Bring
- 3+ years managing full-cycle recruiting.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Enjoys and thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
- Treats others with respect and compassion.
- Self-motivated and strategic, with a proven track record working both independently and as part of a team, requiring minimum supervision in the recruitment process.
