Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Transition Staffing Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for a contract or contract-to-hire opportunity based in San Diego, CA. This fully onsite role supports high-volume hiring for West Coast operations and owns full-cycle recruiting from requisition through onboarding.

Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will manage end-to-end recruiting for experienced hire positions across multiple business units. You will partner with hiring managers to align on hiring needs, attract qualified candidates using a variety of sourcing channels, and coordinate interview and offer workflows to support timely hiring decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for experienced hire roles across multiple business units
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and support timely hiring decisions
• Post and manage requisitions through an ATS and external platforms, including LinkedIn and other sourcing tools
• Source, screen, and present candidates who meet both technical requirements and team fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, and support offer creation and onboarding
• Oversee the background check process to support a smooth onboarding experience
• Maintain and strengthen a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing strategies
• Use multiple channels, including social media, job boards, and networking, to identify top talent
• Build strong working relationships with HR teams, hiring managers, and key stakeholders to maintain high service and communication
• Contribute ideas to improve recruiting processes, efficiency, and candidate experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting within construction, engineering, or project-based environments
• Experience supporting large or multi-site organizations

• Compensation: USD 80,000 - 110,000 per yearly
