Job Description
Talent Acquisition Partner supporting TikTok USDS in Security & Privacy, handling end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical roles in a fast-paced, regulated environment, onsite in Los Angeles, CA, with a base salary of $97,470 to $165,680.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment across multiple business lines, with a focus on Security & Privacy, R&D, and Trust & Safety, while remaining adaptable to highly technical roles (eg, Security Engineering, Data Science) and non-technical/operational searches.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and HR partners; assess talent needs, share market insights, influence hiring decisions, and guide hiring strategies.
- Execute strategic sourcing using innovative techniques, talent research, and market mapping to attract top passive talent in competitive tech and security markets.
- Screen and assess candidates by rigorously evaluating technical skills, business acumen, and alignment with TikTok culture; provide a seamless candidate experience from application through onboarding.
- Lead interview and offer stages, leveraging internal parity data and market intelligence to recommend salaries and close complex negotiations.
- Partner with hiring teams to analyze pipeline metrics (funnel conversion, channel distribution), identify bottlenecks, and implement proactive recruitment solutions.
- Navigate the highly regulated USDS environment and manage TA projects such as pipeline optimization, interviewer training, and referral programs to drive continuous improvement; operate in a fully on-site setting.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including at least 2+ years supporting Technical, Security & Privacy, R&D, or Trust & Safety organizations.
- Proven ability to manage diverse, complex requisitions simultaneously, including leadership-level hiring.
- Strong analytical skills and data fluency to diagnose pipeline challenges and present clear, actionable solutions to leadership.
- Advanced sourcing expertise (Boolean, X-Ray, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM tools) with a track record of complex talent mapping and engaging highly passive technical talent.
