Job Description
Technical Recruiter on the Futureforce AMER team handles full-cycle hiring across Technology and Product, including interns and new graduates, and builds university partnerships to shape early-career hiring.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Technology and Product roles in the Americas, covering summer interns, converting interns, and external new graduates; act as the primary recruiting owner for assigned university partnerships, cultivating relationships with career centers, faculty, and student organizations; run on-campus and virtual hiring events.
- Collaborate with SVP and VP-level stakeholders to define early-career hiring strategy, establish candidate profiles, and develop pipelines for interns and new graduates; manage competitive offer processes and coordinate visa sponsorship (J-1, OPT/CPT, H-1B) with Global Mobility.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder hiring scenarios across Futureforce, industry recruiting, and internal ownership boundaries; serve as a process resource on Futureforce policies, system workflows, approved hiring hubs, and intern program guidelines.
- Share market intelligence and drive process improvements with the broader Futureforce team; develop and present enablement content for candidates, new hires, and hiring teams to support specialty programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a demonstrated focus on early career, university, or new graduate recruiting in a technical environment.
- Experience recruiting across technical disciplines including Software Engineering, Security, AI/ML, Infrastructure, and/or Research, with the ability to hold credible conversations with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Proven ability to manage competitive offer processes and navigate visa sponsorship workflows (J-1, Optional Practical Training, Curricular Practical Training, or H-1B) in coordination with immigration partners.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or equivalent) in a professional context.
- Strong organizational skills and data fluency — able to manage high-volume pipelines across concurrent requisitions and use pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and offer acceptance data to inform decisions.
