Job Description

Ascentec Engineering LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring and collaborate closely with hiring managers to attract strong candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Create, publish, and manage job postings across company and external platforms
  • Source and engage qualified candidates using tools such as Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Review resumes and applications to identify top talent aligned with role requirements
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit
  • Coordinate interview logistics and schedules with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Participate in the interview process and provide thoughtful, data-driven candidate evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruiting activity records within the ATS
  • Collaborate with department leaders to understand hiring needs and support recruitment strategy development
  • Provide consistent updates and recruiting insights to HR leadership and senior management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS); Paylocity experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Adaptability and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

ITAR Requirements

To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.

Work Arrangement & Travel

  • Onsite role (not remote / not hybrid) at the Tualatin, Oregon headquarters
  • Occasional travel to the Dallas, Oregon facility

Location: Tualatin, OR (onsite)

Salary: USD 60,000 - 75,000 per yearly
