Recruiter

An entry-level Recruiter role is available with Experis, supporting the Talent Acquisition team with hard-to-fill technical and data center hiring. This contract position is 100% onsite in Arlington, Virginia and focuses on high-volume sourcing and screening to keep the recruiting pipeline moving.

You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers while building search strategies, assessing candidates early in the process, and maintaining accurate tracking of deliverables, timelines, and recruiting metrics.

Role Overview

• Entry level Recruiter support for technical and data center roles
• Location: Arlington, Virginia (onsite)
• Pay: $28-32 per hour
• Contract: 12 months to start
• Experience level: 1+ year minimum

Responsibilities

• Build and execute sourcing search strategies using Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub to identify both passive and active candidates
• Share sourcing insights, competitive landscape analysis, and talent availability information with recruiters and hiring managers
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, motivation, and fit before advancing candidates
• Handle high-volume candidate outreach, with 50–100 calls per day, while maintaining a positive candidate experience
• Document sourcing plans and track deliverables, timelines, and metrics to support pipeline health for technical and data center openings

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in high volume recruiting and/or sourcing in an agency or corporate environment
• Working understanding of recruitment practices and experience using Boolean search techniques
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS
• Ability to manage high volume daily calls while maintaining accuracy and follow-through
• Motivated, driven, and interested in learning and growth
