Job Description

The FootBridge Companies is seeking a Full Desk Recruiting Manager to support its permanent placement services division in Andover, MA. This role manages recruiting end-to-end while working to grow client opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.

Role Overview

In this position, you will run the full recruitment process for direct hire needs, partnering with both clients and candidates. The work includes sourcing and evaluating talent, managing hiring relationships on both sides, and developing new business through proactive outreach and business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source qualified candidates for direct hire opportunities using the internal database, job boards, job postings, referrals, and social media
  • Reach out to candidates to evaluate technical qualifications, compensation requirements, and career goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with a network of senior-level professionals in the energy and construction industries
  • Identify sales opportunities and generate new business through cold calls, messaging, and marketing initiatives
  • Manage the hiring process from both client and candidate perspectives while developing trusted working relationships
  • Develop, expand, and maintain a consistent pipeline of clients and candidates

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5+ years of experience in an agency environment on the direct hire side
  • Strong, confident communication skills
  • Excellent time management capabilities, including the ability to handle a high call volume consistently
  • Proven record of client development and recruiting outcomes

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary: $60,000 to $80,000 per year, plus an uncapped commission plan.
