Recruiting Manager

Recruiting Manager role based in Bridgewater, NJ (onsite) focused on building client relationships and recruiting accounting and finance professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a client base and identify new business opportunities
• Introduce services through video, telephone, and in-person meetings with new and existing clients to increase utilization of services
• Recruit, evaluate, and place accounting & finance professionals into full-time positions with clients
• Provide outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates
• Maintain consistent communication and provide career guidance to candidates
• Participate in industry trade associations to strengthen presence in the local community

Requirements

• Business-related degree, ideally in finance or accounting
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance and/or successful permanent placement recruiting experience
• Proven track record of success, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to leverage experience to manage and grow the business

Salary

• $48,000-$88,000 per year
