Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and match sales candidates to defined profiles and open requisitions across designated Business Units.
- Develop a deep understanding of target profiles by building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers.
- Utilize multiple recruiting sources and implement innovative sourcing strategies.
- Maintain a candidate database to support sourcing and tracking activities.
Requirements
- Four to seven years of experience in a corporate or agency recruitment role.
- Consistent track record of success in a metrics or goal based talent acquisition environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated determination and a results oriented mindset.

Salary range: USD 78,000 to 108,000 per year.
