Talent Acquisition Specialist, Contractor

The Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contractor) will manage end-to-end recruiting activities for open roles across Check Point’s business, supporting the U.S., Canada, and Latin American markets. The role is based in Irving, TX onsite and focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and referring qualified candidates while ensuring legal compliance and accurate recruiting reporting.

Role Responsibilities

• Own recruiting activities including sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, reference checks, and referrals for open positions across Check Point’s business in the U.S., Canada, and Latin American markets.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates using external websites.
• Identify and attract talented employees by interviewing and pre-qualifying candidates for referral to hiring managers.
• Ensure employment and recruiting efforts comply with applicable federal, state, and local legal requirements as well as company policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain recruiting activity reports in the Applicant Tracking System using Smart Recruiters.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with high call volume, sourcing passive candidates, and strong communication skills.
• 5+ years of recruiting and talent acquisition experience, with a preference for IT sales recruiting experience.
• High energy, highly motivated approach, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to partner with team members to support a variety of recruiting programs.
• Excellent attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills; ability to prioritize and work well in a dynamic team environment with competing demands.
• Ability to manage multiple work streams and priorities at the same time.
• Strong software skills including Word, Outlook, Excel, Copilot, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Spanish and English fluency is an advantage.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future.
