Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to build trust-based relationships and gain a deep understanding of requirements and priorities
• Source, engage, and attract top talent to Gartner to support growth within your business unit
• Own end-to-end recruitment, conduct in-depth talent assessments, address recruitment challenges, and design innovative approaches to cultivate talent
• Lead key stakeholder engagements including intake meetings, update communications, and debriefs
• Represent Gartner as an ambassador, communicating our value proposition to strengthen brand presence in the market
• Maintain a focus on quality throughout the process, tracking throughput and measuring impact via quality of hire

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of experience in corporate or agency recruitment
• A consistent track record of success in a metrics or goal-based talent acquisition environment
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
