Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and align early career candidates to defined profiles and open requisitions across the assigned business units.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the target early career profiles by building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers.
- Leverage multiple recruiting sources and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
- Utilize and maintain a candidate database to source and track applicants.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in a corporate or agency recruitment role.
- Consistent success in a metrics-driven or goal-based talent acquisition environment.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated determination and a focus on delivering results.
