Job Description

Gartner in Irving, Texas offers a hybrid work model with a compensation range of USD 78,000–108,000 per year for a recruiter supporting the Sales Development Program. This role focuses on sourcing and evaluating early career talent and collaborating with hiring managers to fill open requisitions across assigned business units.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, assess, and align early career candidates to defined profiles and open requisitions across the assigned business units.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the target early career profiles by building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers.
  • Leverage multiple recruiting sources and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
  • Utilize and maintain a candidate database to source and track applicants.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in a corporate or agency recruitment role.
  • Consistent success in a metrics-driven or goal-based talent acquisition environment.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated determination and a focus on delivering results.
