Join Mission Federal Credit Union as a part-time Senior Recruiter in the Talent Acquisition & Strategy team, working onsite in San Diego, CA. You will lead high-volume, full-cycle recruitment, build diverse candidate pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience within a supportive, collaborative culture.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for high-volume and specialized roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Build and maintain a strong, diverse pipeline of top talent
- Develop data-driven sourcing strategies aligned to business needs
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce goals and drive results
- Advise leaders on compensation, hiring decisions, and market insights
- Run kickoff meetings and provide ongoing consultation throughout the hiring process
- Coach hiring teams to ensure a smooth, efficient, and inclusive recruitment experience
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate journey that is responsive, transparent, and engaging
- Leverage technology to streamline processes and improve outcomes
- Coordinate interviews, manage offers, onboarding support, and HRIS updates
- Ensure compliance with I-9s, audits, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with vendors and agencies for niche hiring needs
- Contribute to broader Talent & Culture initiatives and culture-building events
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of progressive talent acquisition experience
- Proven success in high-volume recruiting environments
- Experience recruiting across functions such as financial services, tech, lending, marketing, or customer-facing roles is a plus
- California market recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS mining, and similar tools
- Ability to influence, partner with, and advise senior stakeholders
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized and adaptable in fast-paced environments
- Consultative mindset to better support stakeholders and drive business outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- PHR or Talent Acquisition certification a plus
- Experience with ATS platforms (Dayforce preferred) and Microsoft Office

Compensation
Base pay ranges from USD 38 to 43 per hour. The actual base pay within this range will be determined by factors including relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
