Job Description
Pinnacle Contracting Services, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full-cycle recruiting for Pinnacle Contracting Services and its sister company Southern Design. The role is based in Kernersville, NC, with onsite responsibilities and a强 focus on attracting, screening, and recruiting qualified candidates, delivering a positive candidate experience, and ensuring smooth onboarding through close collaboration with hiring managers and onboarding teams.
Job Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting, sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified candidates to support staffing needs and to ensure a positive candidate experience and smooth onboarding. The role works with hiring managers and supports recruiting and onboarding for Pinnacle Contracting Services and its sister company Southern Design.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Travel frequently to job fairs, schools, and related events to recruit candidates.
- Travel regularly between North Carolina and Georgia.
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Post job openings and source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Manage Cultural Index surveys from applicants.
- Review applications, screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide interview feedback and candidate summaries to hiring managers.
- Possible involvement with onboarding.
- Maintain accurate applicant and employee records within HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Track recruiting metrics and provide reports as requested.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Willingness to travel frequently between the Triad area of North Carolina and the Atlanta, Georgia area.
- Comfort spending the majority of time on the road, attending career fairs, setting up hiring events, visiting job sites, and supporting recruiting initiatives.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to quickly learn new HRIS, ATS, and other recruiting software.
