Job Description

Own end-to-end recruiting for assigned requisitions while partnering closely with hiring managers to build pipelines and improve recruiting performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, including posting and optimizing job openings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating candidates, and recommending offers
  • Source proactively through direct outreach, cold calling, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Smart Sourcing, other job boards, networking events, industry groups, and social platforms
  • Design and run creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and high-impact roles
  • Conduct phone screens and in-depth interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, then share recommendations with hiring managers
  • Build collaborative partnerships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and respond with tailored recruiting strategies
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager and business leaders to identify current and future staffing needs and develop proactive talent pipelines
  • Maintain accurate, timely candidate documentation in the applicant tracking system (Paylocity)
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source-of-hire, and candidate outreach volume to support continuous improvement
  • Administer and analyze candidate assessments, including Predictive Index and assessments provided via CMA Consult
  • Support employer branding efforts with the Marketing team, including social media content creation, collecting employee testimonials, and promoting hiring events
  • Represent the organization as a culture and mission ambassador at career fairs, networking events, and community outreach initiatives
  • Conduct ongoing market research to stay current on talent trends, competitive hiring practices, and sourcing strategies
  • Follow internal recruiting policies, employment regulations, and best practices across all stages of the hiring process
  • Champion inclusion and diversity throughout recruitment activities
  • Coordinate with onboarding and HR colleagues to support a smooth transition from offer acceptance through new-hire onboarding
  • Build applicant sources by researching and engaging community organizations, colleges and training programs, employment agencies, and other talent networks
  • Run intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements, success criteria, and the sourcing approach
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, including arranging candidate travel and accommodations when applicable
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience recruiting in the construction industry is strongly preferred
  • Healthcare recruiting experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with employment law is preferred
  • Applicant tracking systems and recruitment tool knowledge required; Paylocity experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience tracking and analyzing recruitment data to assess performance metrics is preferred
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite and HRIS systems is preferred

Working Conditions

  • Daily in-person presence at the corporate office
  • Occasional travel up to 20% for recruitment events, training events, or site visits
  • Desk work for most of the workday
  • May need to walk or stand for extended periods
  • Occasionally required to stand/move, communicate, and identify written information
  • Occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds independently
  • Performance measured using recruiting KPIs
  • May need to move through areas of the corporate office or other work sites
  • Juggle multiple recruiting processes simultaneously, including deadlines for specific roles or initiatives
  • Must be proficient in video conferencing tools, email, and Microsoft Office Suite for managing reports, schedules, and communications
  • Actively participate in staff activities supporting teamwork, unity, and morale
