Job Description

Remote Talent Acquisition Partner for Procare HR (Procare CONNECT team) responsible for talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment, focusing on attention to detail, organizational skills, communication, and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • This role is part of our Procare CONNECT team, performing talent acquisition tasks in a dynamic setting with emphasis on precision, organization, clear communication, and outstanding customer service.
  • Address candidate and stakeholder concerns promptly to maintain momentum in the recruitment process.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance sourcing, screening, and hiring workflows for better efficiency and outcomes.
  • Actively engage in action plans to overcome obstacles and drive timely hires.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting or HR roles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS and ATS platforms, CRM platforms, and online meetings.
  • Experience in senior living is preferred.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field

  • Experience in senior living preferred

E Verify Participation

  • Procare HR participates in E Verify
