Job Description
Triomics offers an onsite opportunity in New York, NY with a competitive salary and the chance to help shape an AI powered recruiting engine. You will partner with leadership to accelerate hires across priority roles, leveraging your full-cycle recruiting expertise in a collaborative environment. The position is based in New York and pays USD 110,000 to 140,000 per year.
What you’ll do
- Run intake and kickoff meetings with hiring managers to define success profiles, scorecards, sourcing strategy, and timelines.
- Source candidates proactively via LinkedIn, outbound email, communities, referrals, events, and AI powered tools, with a focus on niche areas such as clinical implementation, healthcare IT integration, clinical workflow account management, and AI research.
- Screen candidates, manage interview loops, collect feedback, and keep the process moving quickly.
- Drive the offer process including calibration, closing strategy, and negotiation support to maintain a high close rate and a positive candidate experience.
- Stand up repeatable sourcing playbooks by function (CS, AM, FDE/Integrations, Sales, AI Research).
- Perform AI enabled sourcing at scale using modern talent intelligence and tools (SeekOut, hireEZ, Findem, Gem) to generate high quality slates and improve pipeline quality through testing and iteration.
- Apply AI assisted screening and signal capture with structured scorecards and integrated workflows to tighten screening, debriefs, and decision making without sacrificing candidate experience.
- Lead AI assisted outreach and personalization by crafting persona specific outreach sequences, role based messaging, adjacent company mapping, and follow up automation while maintaining a high touch tone for senior and niche candidates.
- Bonus: design lightweight custom agentic workflows to speed intake docs, sourcing queries/Booleans, outreach drafts, and candidate memos for hiring managers to measurably improve throughput.
- Track funnel metrics such as time to fill, pass through rates, source performance, and close rates, then recommend improvements.
- Advise on leveling, role design, and market realities including NYC versus remote work, title calibration, and compensation bands.
- Help prioritize hiring plans to ensure speed to close.
- Coordinate scheduling and candidate communications with a high touch, white glove approach, especially for senior hires.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of recruiting experience, in-house preferred; strong agency to internal transitions are considered.
- Proven success recruiting across at least two of: technical roles, GTM roles, CS/AM roles.
- Strong outbound sourcing and closing skills with high comfort with proactive outreach.
- Strong process rigor: clean tracking, tight communications, structured scorecards, fast iteration.
- Demonstrated ability to use modern recruiting tooling and automation to increase throughput.
First 90 days
- You’ve built strong relationships with leadership and core hiring managers and can run tight intakes independently.
- You’ve shipped hires in 2–3 priority functions (for example AM/CS, ClinOps, FDE/Integrations, Sales).
- You’ve stood up a repeatable sourcing motion and improved speed and signal quality.
- Candidates consistently rate their experience as fast, clear, respectful, and high conviction.
Nice-to-haves
- Healthtech, healthcare IT, clinical research tech exposure, or other high growth AI enabled healthcare experience.
- Experience recruiting in NYC and/or for in-office cultures.
- Experience recruiting at startups scaling rapidly or managing multiple searches with varied personas simultaneously.
