Job Description
This Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant - Wealth Management role is based onsite in Columbus, OH, with a salary range of $57,000 to $113,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Develop deep knowledge of the supported business segments and build strong ties to internal and external experts to serve as a trusted strategic advisor.
- Partner with leadership to craft recruiting roadmaps and compelling narratives about Huntington, applying an inclusion-focused viewpoint.
- Utilize market intelligence and professional networks to create a steady pipeline of high-caliber talent.
- Foster collaboration with peers, leverage collective expertise, and share best practices.
- Establish and maintain collaborative business and peer relationships to drive outcomes.
- Define robust candidate profiles by clarifying essential skills and competencies of top performers.
- Source and attract top candidates for each role, evaluating fit to the company, team, and position.
- Present candidate strengths and gaps, addressing objections during the hiring process.
- Challenge the status quo and pursue continuous improvement while adapting to change.
- Pursue optimal results, remain persistent, and use metrics to measure personal performance.
- Stay informed about external talent market factors and the broader business context.
- Be curious and tenacious, proactively uncoverting top talent and overcoming obstacles.

Requirements
- Minimum of five years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent experience of ten years in full-cycle recruiting in place of a degree.
