Job Description
The Law Group, APLC is seeking a Senior Legal Recruiting Manager to lead its talent acquisition efforts in a fast-paced legal environment. This strategic, results-driven leadership role directs the full recruitment lifecycle, shaping strategies to attract top legal professionals and strengthening the firm’s employer brand. Located in Los Angeles with a hybrid work arrangement, the role collaborates with hiring managers, law schools, and legal organizations to build a robust recruiting pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet the firm’s staffing needs.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to ensure high standards and efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with law schools, legal organizations, and other talent sources.
- Oversee candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to continually optimize processes and outcomes.
- Enhance the firm’s employer brand through targeted marketing and outreach initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in legal recruitment, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of the legal industry and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with business goals.
- Experience managing and mentoring a recruitment team.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in legal recruitment.
