Job Description

A senior recruiting leader role in New York, onsite, offering USD 125,000 annually, to design and execute full-cycle hiring across engineering, AI, product, sales, and operations while scaling the team from 50 to 100+ in collaboration with the CEO to establish a robust hiring framework.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes to attract top talent.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-potential candidates across diverse networks.
  • Partner with key executives to set and maintain high standards for talent acquisition.
  • Design scalable recruiting operations with robust systems and processes to support growth.
  • Analyze market compensation data and leverage insights to stay competitive in attracting candidates.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced startup, with a technical focus.
  • Proven ability to build technical teams and hire across engineering, AI, and product disciplines.
  • Strong operational mindset with readiness to manage the recruiting process hands-on.
  • Willingness to establish recruitment infrastructure as the sole recruiter during the initial period.
  • Based in New York City and able to work in person in a startup’s agile environment.
