Recruiting Leader
Job Description
A senior recruiting leader role in New York, onsite, offering USD 125,000 annually, to design and execute full-cycle hiring across engineering, AI, product, sales, and operations while scaling the team from 50 to 100+ in collaboration with the CEO to establish a robust hiring framework.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes to attract top talent.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-potential candidates across diverse networks.
- Partner with key executives to set and maintain high standards for talent acquisition.
- Design scalable recruiting operations with robust systems and processes to support growth.
- Analyze market compensation data and leverage insights to stay competitive in attracting candidates.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced startup, with a technical focus.
- Proven ability to build technical teams and hire across engineering, AI, and product disciplines.
- Strong operational mindset with readiness to manage the recruiting process hands-on.
- Willingness to establish recruitment infrastructure as the sole recruiter during the initial period.
- Based in New York City and able to work in person in a startup’s agile environment.
