Lead Recruiter – High-Volume Recruiting

Talent One Services is seeking a hands-on Lead Recruiter for a high-volume recruiting operation in Coppell, TX. This contract role is focused on managing full-cycle recruiting while coaching a team of recruiters to keep pipelines moving and hiring goals on track.

In this position, you will lead, support, and develop a group of 4 to 8 recruiters, while also owning key recruiting execution and performance tracking. The role is designed for someone who can balance people leadership with practical recruiting work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of 4 to 8 recruiters.
• Monitor recruiting pipelines, recruiter productivity, workloads, and progress toward hiring goals.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and prioritize requisitions.
• Develop sourcing strategies for high-volume positions.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and extend offers.
• Track recruiting metrics, including interviews, offers, hires, and time-to-fill.
• Ensure consistent use of the ATS and identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably high-volume.
• Prior experience leading, coaching, or mentoring recruiters.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting and sourcing background.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; HRIS experience preferred.

• Salary: USD 40 per hour
