Job Description

Tailored Management is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to support the growth of its Engineering and Information Technology teams from a full-cycle talent acquisition perspective. This onsite, W2 contract role focuses on delivering hiring outcomes while strengthening recruiting processes and using data to guide decisions across assigned requisitions.

Working closely with HR Business Partners and leadership, you will help execute recruiting strategy for company goals, with an emphasis on building the technical talent pipeline. The position is based at 505 N Cleveland Ave, Westerville, OH 43082 (fully onsite) on a 6-month contract starting M-F, full-time (40 hours), W2.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the growth of Engineering and/or Information Technology teams, taking a central role in talent acquisition.
  • Build Talent Acquisition expertise through relationships, processes, and technology.
  • Own full cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leadership to develop recruiting strategy and meet business targets.
  • Demonstrate successful hiring in critical Engineering and/or Information Technology functions.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and teamwork within the TA team and HR organization.
  • Bring an innovation mindset by reviewing processes and tasks and driving continuous improvement to increase customer value.
  • Operate with ethics, responsibility, discipline, and ownership, recognizing the impact of daily work on customers, the company, and personal development.
  • Define and build talent-focused programs using a sales and consultative approach.
  • Foster a data-driven organization by leveraging metrics and trends to drive recruiting results.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full cycle recruiting on a regional or national level, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Experience in high volume recruiting.
  • Experience recruiting mechanical, electrical, and firmware engineers, plus project management and product management roles is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple hiring projects or initiatives at the same time.
  • Strong ability to set and prioritize daily work to successfully perform in the role.
  • Excellent communication skills to create stakeholder buy-in.
  • Ability to gather data, analyze it, and present findings to different audiences.
  • Capability to perform in a transformative, fast-paced growth environment.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Applied Sciences, or a related discipline.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $35.48/hour W2 (USD 35 - 35 per hourly)
