Tesla seeks a Recruiter for its North America Service team to identify and hire talent for a high-volume environment, collaborating closely with stakeholders to support the company’s mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. This onsite role is based in Seattle, WA.

Responsibilities

• Review internal and external applications, conduct passive candidate searches, interview candidates, and act as a consultative recruiting partner to clients
• Thoroughly understand each role’s requirements and how it fits within the organization
• Develop and execute strategies to create and maintain a robust pipeline of passive talent
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and candidates through clear and consistent communication
• Identify creative approaches to capture candidate attention during initial outreach
• Manage a high volume of clients and requisitions

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French
• Proven experience sourcing and screening candidates in a high-volume recruiting environment
• Demonstrated ability to deliver an exceptional experience to both candidates and clients
• Capability to communicate and advocate for the importance of each role to Tesla's mission
• Sense of urgency, strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Experience with maintaining accurate documentation in an applicant tracking system
• Preferably a mix of corporate and agency experience

Compensation

Base salary range: USD 60,800 - 159,600 per year

Expected compensation

• Associate Recruiter – USD 60,800 - 91,200 annually
• Recruiter – USD 79,800 - 119,700 annually
• Sr Recruiter – USD 106,400 - 159,600 annually
