Job Description

This on-site role supports Tesla's North America Service team by sourcing and recruiting for service positions, building a passive talent pipeline, and partnering with stakeholders across the organization. The position is based in Bordentown, NJ.

Responsibilities

Evaluate internal and external applications, conduct passive candidate searches, interview candidates, and serve as a consultative recruiting partner to clients
Develop a thorough understanding of each role's requirements and its place within the organization
Design and execute strategies to create and sustain a robust pipeline of passive talent
Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through clear and consistent communication
Identify creative approaches to capture candidate attention during initial outreach
Manage a high volume of clients and requisitions

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication in English and French
Proven experience sourcing and screening candidates in a high-volume recruiting environment
Demonstrated ability to deliver an exceptional experience to both candidates and clients
Ability to articulate and advocate for the importance of each role to Tesla's mission
Sense of urgency, capability to multi-task, and strong organizational skills
Experience using and maintaining accurate documentation in an applicant tracking system
Preferably a mix of corporate and agency experience
