Recruiter, Service

This on-site role supports Tesla's North America Service team by sourcing and recruiting for service positions, building a passive talent pipeline, and partnering with stakeholders across the organization. The position is based in Bordentown, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate internal and external applications, conduct passive candidate searches, interview candidates, and serve as a consultative recruiting partner to clients
• Develop a thorough understanding of each role's requirements and its place within the organization
• Design and execute strategies to create and sustain a robust pipeline of passive talent
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through clear and consistent communication
• Identify creative approaches to capture candidate attention during initial outreach
• Manage a high volume of clients and requisitions

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication in English and French
• Proven experience sourcing and screening candidates in a high-volume recruiting environment
• Demonstrated ability to deliver an exceptional experience to both candidates and clients
• Ability to articulate and advocate for the importance of each role to Tesla's mission
• Sense of urgency, capability to multi-task, and strong organizational skills
• Experience using and maintaining accurate documentation in an applicant tracking system
• Preferably a mix of corporate and agency experience
