Recruiter, Optimus

Recruiter to support Tesla's North America Service team in San Francisco, CA (onsite) with a focus on passive talent sourcing and consultative recruiting to build a strong pipeline and partner with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Review internal and external applications, perform proactive candidate searches, interview candidates, and serve as a consultative recruiting partner to clients
• Thoroughly understand each role's requirements and how it fits within the organization
• Design and execute strategies to create and sustain a robust passive-talent pipeline
• Foster clear, ongoing communication to maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Use creative outreach methods to capture candidate attention during initial contact stages
• Manage a high volume of clients and requisitions effectively

Requirements

• Proven experience sourcing and screening candidates in a high-volume recruiting environment
• Demonstrated ability to provide an exceptional experience to all candidates and clients
• Strong capability to communicate and persuade candidates on the importance of each role to Tesla's mission
• A sense of urgency, proficient multitasking, and solid organizational skills
• Experience maintaining accurate documentation in an ATS
• Hybrid experience with corporate and agency environments is preferred

Compensation

Salary range: $64,000 - $168,000 per year, plus cash and stock awards and benefits. Pay offers may vary based on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may include additional elements dependent on the position. Details of participation in benefit plans will be provided if an employment offer is extended.
