Recruiter, Manufacturing Engineering

Build your recruiting career supporting technical and leadership roles for manufacturing engineering at Megafactory Texas. This onsite position in Brookshire, TX pairs you with hiring managers and business leaders to shape hiring strategy while delivering a strong candidate experience.

What you’ll do

• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess talent needs and advise on the best hiring strategy
• Manage time and resources effectively while keeping business partners updated on progress
• Use multiple sourcing techniques to identify, attract, and engage passive talent
• Run thorough behavioral-based interviews and phone screens to evaluate technical baseline and success in the Tesla environment
• Provide a great candidate experience at every stage of the process

What you bring

• Ability to work onsite at Megafactory Texas in Brookshire
• High-volume, technical recruiting experience, including the ability to efficiently manage an average of 20+ technical, niche requisitions
• Minimum 2 years recruiting experience from either a corporate or agency environment
• Experience recruiting engineers and other technical niche roles, including leaders across manufacturing, facilities, or construction
• A demonstrated track record in sourcing and assessing technical talent, including offer negotiation, awareness of relevant employment legislation and market trends, and the ability to lead projects to successful completion with a balance of efficiency and quality
• Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, including guiding them on talent sources and assisting with assessment
