Job Description
Tesla is seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to support the North America Service team onsite in Palo Alto, CA, focusing on building a strong pipeline of passive talent and partnering with clients to fill roles across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Review internal and external applications, perform passive candidate searches, interview candidates, and act as a consultative recruiting partner to clients
- Gain a deep understanding of each role’s requirements and its place within the organization
- Develop and execute strategies to create and maintain a robust pipeline of passive talent
- Foster strong relationships with clients and candidates through clear, consistent communication
- Identify creative approaches to capture candidate attention during initial outreach
- Handle a high volume of clients and requisitions efficiently
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven experience sourcing and screening candidates in a high-volume recruiting environment
- Demonstrated ability to deliver an exceptional experience to candidates and clients
- Ability to articulate and advocate for the importance of each role to Tesla’s mission
- Strong sense of urgency, multitasking capability, and excellent organizational skills
- Experience maintaining accurate documentation in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- A combination of corporate and agency experience is preferred

Expected compensation
- Salary range: USD 64,000 - 96,000 per year
- Total compensation: cash and stock awards plus benefits
- Pay offered may vary based on location, knowledge, skills, and experience; details of benefit plans provided if an offer is extended
