Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and attract potential candidates via job boards, social networks, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Screen résumés and perform initial assessments to determine suitability for open roles.
• Lead interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate interview logistics and schedule sessions with hiring managers.
• Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment records.
• Monitor industry trends to inform talent attraction and recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to design and execute effective recruitment plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in human resources or a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of recruiting or related field experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with solid interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and proven multitasking ability.
• Knowledge of the trucking industry and the ability to align candidates with suitable roles.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: USD 65,000 - 70,000 per year

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or related field; 2+ years in recruiting or related field; external recruiting experience preferred
