Recruiter
Job Description
A highly capable Recruiter is needed to source, attract, and hire qualified candidates across trucking, logistics, and administration, partnering with hiring managers to build effective recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and attract potential candidates via job boards, social networks, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen résumés and perform initial assessments to determine suitability for open roles.
- Lead interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate interview logistics and schedule sessions with hiring managers.
- Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment records.
- Monitor industry trends to inform talent attraction and recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to design and execute effective recruitment plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in human resources or a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of recruiting or related field experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with solid interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and proven multitasking ability.
- Knowledge of the trucking industry and the ability to align candidates with suitable roles.

Location: Hybrid remote in Elburn, IL 60119
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: USD 65,000 - 70,000 per year
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or related field; 2+ years in recruiting or related field; external recruiting experience preferred
