Senior Recruiter

The Senior Recruiter at iStaffing inc is responsible for managing high-volume hiring for light industrial clients in Rialto, CA. This onsite, full-time role supports the end-to-end recruiting workflow, from sourcing through onboarding, while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering a dependable staffing experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting process, including sourcing, coordination, and onboarding
• Lead high-volume hiring efforts for light industrial clients to sustain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates
• Maintain strong client relationships to support ongoing staffing needs
• Provide a fast, reliable staffing experience for both clients and candidates

Preferred Focus Areas

The role supports hiring for light industrial positions, including warehouse associates, machine operators, assemblers, forklift drivers, and general laborers.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in staffing or high-volume hiring
• Familiarity with light industrial roles and work environments
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
• Proficiency with ATS systems, job boards, and sourcing tools
• Bilingual skills in Spanish/English
• High sense of urgency with strong customer service mindset
• Resilient and solutions-oriented approach
• Comfort with high-volume workloads, staying organized and detail-focused
• Availability to work overtime and be on call, including weekends and early mornings

Compensation

• $23.00–$25.00 per hour
