Job Description

A highly capable Recruiter is needed to source, attract, and hire qualified candidates across trucking, logistics, and administration, partnering with hiring managers to build effective recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify and attract potential candidates via job boards, social networks, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Screen résumés and perform initial assessments to determine suitability for open roles.
Lead interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
Coordinate interview logistics and schedule sessions with hiring managers.
Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment records.
Monitor industry trends to inform talent attraction and recruitment strategies.
Collaborate with hiring managers to design and execute effective recruitment plans.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in human resources or a related field is preferred.
2+ years of recruiting or related field experience.
Strong written and verbal communication, with solid interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and proven multitasking ability.
Knowledge of the trucking industry and the ability to align candidates with suitable roles.
