ImpactBio is seeking a Life Sciences and Pharma Contract Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team onsite in Philadelphia. The role collaborates with Hiring Managers to source, screen, interview, and place candidates for direct hire or contract engagements within the life sciences and pharmaceutical sectors.

Responsibilities

Deliver high level service to both Hiring Managers and candidates.
Identify candidates, conduct initial screening and telephone interviews, administer written assessments, and coordinate candidate scheduling.
Adhere to all recruiting timelines and milestones.
Proactively source talent to maintain a robust candidate pool.
Maintain requisitions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Provide timely updates to ImpactBio leadership, Hiring Managers, and candidates.
Maintain thorough records and reporting for clients and leadership in a timely manner.

Requirements

Associate's degree required.
A minimum of two years of full-cycle recruitment experience in the life sciences industry.
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) required.
A strong network of industry contacts is essential.
Excellent organizational and time management skills are required.
