ImpactBio seeks a Life Sciences / Pharma Contract Recruiter within Talent Acquisition to oversee full-cycle recruitment for direct hire and contract roles. The role partners with Hiring Managers to forecast staffing needs, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews and assessments, and manage the Applicant Tracking System to ensure timely placement.
Role Overview
This contract position requires at least two years of full-cycle recruitment experience in the life sciences industry, with on site responsibilities in Raleigh, NC. A relevant education background is essential, with an associates degree required and a bachelor's degree preferred. The successful candidate will maintain a high level of service for Hiring Managers and candidates while meeting recruiting deadlines and proactively sourcing talent.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Hiring Managers and candidates
- Source, screen, conduct telephone interviews, provide written assessments, and schedule candidates
- Meet or exceed all recruiting deadlines
- Proactively source talent to fill requisitions
- Manage requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Communicate with ImpactBio leadership, Hiring Managers, and candidates in a timely manner
- Maintain all records and reporting for clients and ImpactBio leadership in a timely fashion
Requirements
- Associates Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong network of industry contacts is essential
- Two or more years of full-cycle recruitment experience in the Life Sciences industry
- Experience recruiting in the Pharmaceutical / Biotech sector is highly desired
- Experience utilizing an ATS is required
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Strong telephone, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with computers and technology
