Life Sciences / Pharma Contract Recruiter - Talent Acquisition

A contract Life Sciences / Pharma Talent Acquisition Recruiter position based in Columbus, OH (onsite).

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding support to Hiring Managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Source, screen, conduct telephone interviews, provide written assessments, and coordinate candidate scheduling
• Meet or exceed recruiting timelines and milestones
• Proactively identify and source qualified talent
• Manage requisitions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Communicate promptly with ImpactBio leadership, Hiring Managers, and candidates
• Maintain accurate records and reporting for clients and ImpactBio leadership

Requirements

• Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong network of industry contacts is essential
• At least 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in the Life Sciences sector
• Experience recruiting in Pharmaceutical or Biotech environments is highly desirable
• Proficiency using an ATS is required
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong telephone etiquette and communication abilities, both written and oral
• Proficient with computers and technology
