ImpactBio is expanding and actively seeking motivated Contract Recruiters to join our Talent Acquisition team onsite in Brooklyn, NY. In this role you partner with client Hiring Managers to source, screen, and place candidates for Direct Hire or Contract roles, delivering full-cycle recruitment within Life Sciences and Pharma. Our approach centers on strong partnerships, timely communication, and leveraging a broad professional network to connect top talent with trusted partners across our core solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service to Hiring Managers and Candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Source, screen, conduct telephone interviews, provide written assessments, and schedule candidates
• Meet or exceed all recruiting deadlines
• Proactively source talent to fill requisitions
• Manage requisitions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Communicate promptly with ImpactBio leadership, Hiring Managers, and Candidates
• Maintain records and reporting for Clients and ImpactBio leadership in a timely manner

Requirements

• Associate degree required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong network of industry contacts is essential
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in the Life Sciences sector
• Experience recruiting in Pharmaceutical or BioTech industries is highly desirable
• Experience using an ATS is required
• Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong telephone, written, and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with computers and software tools
