Job Description
Onsite in Oklahoma City, OK, ONCUE Marketing LLC is expanding its human resources team with a Talent Acquisitions Coordinator. This role focuses on attracting high-quality candidates for the OKC metro area, processing new hire information and special HR projects, and delivering reliable HR support both independently and as part of a collaborative team. The position offers a compensation range of USD 16 - 20 per hourly.
Responsibilities
- Improve the candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Source and recruit high-caliber candidates
- Initiate outreach, screen applicants, and coordinate interview scheduling
- Lead sourcing efforts to secure top-tier talent
- Process employee information accurately and promptly (background checks, onboarding documentation, etc.)
- Maintain current candidate and employee data within the Applicant Tracking System
- Collaborate with organizational leadership to align talent needs with business objectives
- Develop and sustain relationships with community and recruiting partners
- Serve as the primary backup for the front desk
- Apply organizational, time management, customer service, and problem-solving skills to meet deadlines amid interruptions
- Continue building knowledge across all HR disciplines
- Promote equitable and positive employee relations and ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws
- Complete special projects as requested by management and the Executive team
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience recruiting qualified candidates
- Advanced computer skills, including the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team-oriented, able to engage a wide range of personalities and learning styles
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of integrity, initiative, and professionalism
- Team player with adaptability and a focus on continuous improvement
